JILLIAN BAUERSFELD

Mrs. Bauersfeld created and founded Energy:Performing Arts Camps in the summer of 2008. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from The University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA and is currently pursing her Masters in Theatre Arts. Mrs. Bauersfeld has worked in DC, MD and VA, both as a theatrical educator, director, choreographer and performer. From 2007-2017  she was the Director of Theatre at Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, MD, where she originially founded the camps. While at Calvert Hall she directed over 25 productions with over 100 young performers from the Baltimore area. She has choreographed and directed at Spotlighters Theatre in Baltimore City, Cockpit in the Court and many other local theaters. In the summer of 2018 Jillian and her family relocated to Cumming, Georgia where she now works as the Director of Theatre at Blessed Trinity High School in Roswell, GA and has expanded Energy Performing Arts Co. down South.  She is happily married to John and has three amazing sons.

 

 

 

LYNN TALLMAN 

CAMP ENERGY DIRECTOR & CAMP NURSE

 

Mrs. Tallman holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from West Virginia University and a Master of Music Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music.  Lynn has been working alongside the EPac team since 2015. She enjoys performing both classical repertoire as well as musical theater and jazz music. Professionally, she has performed with Michigan Opera Theatre, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Chorus and Doc Scantlin and his Imperial Palms Orchestra.  In addition to performing, Mrs. Tallman has been an educator for the past 10 years, specializing in vocal performance and audition readiness.  When not performing or teaching, Mrs. Tallman is a Registered Nurse at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.  She is very excited to be returning to Camp Energy this year!

KARLIE BURNHAM 

CAMP ENERGY DIRECTOR & DANCE AND MOVEMENT INSTRUCTOR

Karlie Burnham has been choregraphing  for camp energy for six years. She has been dancing for over 20+ years and has been teaching for eight years. Her choreographing works include Little Mermaid at Cock Pit in the Court, West Side Story at Calvert Hall , and several shows at The Friends School in Baltimore. She is excited to be back at camp and loves every minute of it!

NICK SIBOL
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

 

Nick started working for EPac as a camp counselor while attending Calvert Hall College. He started photographing Camp Energy in 2016 and has continued ever since! He now works as a Photographer at Towson University while studying Film and Media Productions, Mass Communications, and Journalism. He is very excited to be returning to Camp Energy to help capture and share the camper's experiences and smiles!
